Post Graduate Diploma in Management

FORE's flagship two-year PGDM is approved by AICTE and recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to an MBA. Accredited by NBA, the programme has been ranked among the top 18 B-schools in India by Businessworld and recognised as an ET Edge Best Education Brand.

The curriculum spans 109.5 credits: 60 core credits in Terms 1-3 covering all management fundamentals, 43.5 elective credits in Terms 4-6 allowing deep specialisation, and 6 credits for the mandatory summer internship. An International Immersion Programme (IIP) of 15 contact hours is embedded in Term 6.

Graduates join consulting, banking, FMCG, technology, and social sector organisations. The 2024 batch recorded an average package of 12.5 LPA and a highest package of 45 LPA, with 180+ companies participating in placements.

PGDM — International Business

The PGDM (IB) is a two-year full-time programme that combines a strong management foundation with deep expertise in international trade, global strategy, and cross-cultural leadership. It is designed for students who want to build careers in multinational corporations, international financial institutions, export-import houses, and global consulting firms.

The curriculum integrates modules on foreign exchange management, international marketing, global supply chain, trade policy, and WTO regulations alongside core management subjects. The programme includes an International Immersion Programme (IIP) that exposes students to global business environments.

Students are also mentored by FORE's International Advisory Board, comprising practitioners from global trade, diplomatic, and corporate circles.

PGDM — Financial Management

PGDM — Big Data Analytics

Offered at FORE's Gurugram campus, the PGDM (BDA) is a two-year full-time programme that prepares students to lead at the intersection of management and data science. Fellow Programme in Management

The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is FORE's doctoral programme for those committed to a career in management research and academia. It is a rigorous, fully-funded programme mentored by senior faculty members who are themselves active scholars in national and international journals.

The programme typically spans four to five years and includes intensive coursework, comprehensive examinations, and an original dissertation. FPM scholars are encouraged to present their research at leading conferences and submit to peer-reviewed publications throughout the programme.

FPM graduates go on to faculty positions at IIMs, IITs, central universities, and leading private business schools across India and abroad.

Executive Fellow Programme in Management

The Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) is designed for senior practitioners who want to pursue management research while continuing their professional careers. It is a flexible, part-time doctoral programme that recognises the unique contribution practitioners bring to scholarship.

What is the difference between PGDM, PGDM (IB), PGDM (FM), and PGDM (BDA)?
All four are two-year full-time PGDM programmes approved by AICTE. The general PGDM is a broad-based programme allowing elective flexibility. PGDM (IB) specialises in international business and global management. PGDM (FM) focuses on finance. PGDM (BDA) is offered at Gurugram and focuses on big data and analytics for management decision-making.
Is the PGDM equivalent to an MBA degree?
Yes. FORE's PGDM programmes are recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to an MBA degree. They are also approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA, giving them full academic and professional recognition across India and internationally.
When does the admissions cycle open for 2026-27?

Is work experience mandatory for the PGDM programme?

Are scholarships available?
Yes. FORE offers merit-based and need-based scholarships to deserving students. Education loans are facilitated through tie-ups with leading banks. SC/ST/OBC/EWS fee concessions are available as per AICTE norms. Students are also encouraged to apply for external fellowships and awards.
What is the International Immersion Programme (IIP)?
The International Immersion Programme (IIP) is a 15-contact-hour module embedded in Term 6 of the PGDM. It exposes students to global business environments through lectures, case studies, and virtual interactions with international faculty and industry professionals. It is a graduation requirement for all PGDM students.
